Appointments
Appointments can be made by calling 910-353-2319 between the hours of 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday. We are closed the following 2010 holidays:

New patients
All new patients must arrive 30 minutes early for their appointment. We require these things to properly evaluate you.

A list of your current medications
Any and all radiology (MRI or X-Ray) on a disk with a printed out Radiology report.
Insurance card and picture ID
Information about what treatments and medications have been tried in the past
Medical records from prior visits that you think may be helpful |
Follow up appointments
Please arrive 10 minutes early. If you have forgotten your follow up appointments please contact the clinic at 910-353-2319 to confirm. Please note we do not make reminder calls, however, our system automatically sends out a reminder email when you provide us with an email address.
Canceling an appointments
All appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance or will be considered a no-show. If you miss 3 appointments, you will be required to obtain another referral from your primary care physician.
Late appointments
Late appointments: If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.
Please turn off all cell phones prior to entering the clinic.
If you must use your phone please step outside.
Special needs and considerations
If you have any special needs or requirements please make sure that you bring these to the attention of your provider.
Medication refills
Please be advised that prescription refills may take up to 72 business hours and some medications cannot be called in. Medications will not be refilled on weekends or holidays.
Walk-ins
Because of the nature of our work and our desire to provide consistently outstanding service, walk-ins are not encouraged. If you happen to be nearby and would like to inquire about availability at that moment or make an appointment, please feel free. We always make an effort to see patients who are experiencing present discomfort as quickly as possible.

Refill requests can be made two ways:
 1. By calling 910-353-2319 and leaving a voicemail with the nurses
